In keeping with my blogging record, I am posting about Christmas a month late.
We had a wonderful Christmas, it was the first time in 5 years we didn't have to travel over the holiday. It was so nice to stay home, sleep in our own beds, and have our own space. When we moved last summer, I sold pretty much all our belongings, so we spent on Saturday shopping for a new Christmas tree. We found one I just loved! Here is is all decorated.
I let Little Bear do the majority of the decorating, and I think she did a wonderful job. Christmas Eve, Christmas Day & Boxing day was spent with Papa Bears family. We played games, laughed, talked, at tons of junk food, and enjoyed being together. Boxing day saw us women in a car at 5:45 am to go into the city to do some shopping, we were all quite impressed that we were leaving the first store with purchases by 8 am. It was really fun.
