Here at the Bear house we love our tacos, we love them even more now that we have mastered the fine art of homemade guacamole. Y-U-M. Up until about 4 months ago, I had never even tried an avocado. Papa Bear served his mission in an area where they were readily available and consumed them often. I am now a guac convert. I love it!
With this new found love of the green stuff, you can imagine tacos were appearing on our menu more often. It began to get pricey to eat them so much, and this led to our, somewhat forced, next move.
